FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any another questions, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and e-mail it to us and we will get right back to you. Or call our office M - F between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you reach our voice mail we are probably on the phone helping another customer.  Please leave a message and we will return your call.

bulletQ. Is the facility open yet?
bulletA. Yes!

 

bulletQ. When can we book a party?
bulletA. You can book a party anytime. We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to make sure you get the room and equipment that you want.

 

bulletQ. Are you the same Party Animals that has been in business since 1996 providing Costumed Characters and Interactive Games at the customer's location?
bulletYes we are! When you call us, we can book a party at your house or at ours now! We are not exiting our "Off Site" business. We also have a new logo which we will use for both segments of our business. This was our old logo which served us well, but did not do as good of a job reflecting our business as the new one.

bulletQ. Do I have to book my party in advance?
bulletA. Yes, we generally need at least 2 weeks notice, or even more during the busy winter season.

 

bulletQ. When will I have to pay a deposit?
bulletA. Deposits are due within 2 days of making your reservation. The deposit required is $75.00. The balance of $75.00 is due 1 week before your party.

 

bulletQ. What is your cancellation policy?
bulletA. Parties cancelled more than 30 days in advance will be refunded in full. Parties cancelled with less than 30 days but more than 7 days notice are subject to a 25.0% cancellation fee. Parties cancelled with less than 7 days notice are subject to a 50.0% cancellation fee. Any party can be rescheduled to a future date at no charge.

NOTE: Cancellation fees may be applied to any other Party Animals event within 6 months.

bulletQ. Can I bring my own food?
bulletA. Yes you can! We now have tow semi-private areas set up in our building where food can be consumed, including cake and ice cream. We sell snacks and beverages on site should you desire them.

 

bulletQ. How many guests can we invite?
bulletA. You can invite as many as you want. The price for the party of $150.00 includes the birthday child plus up to 12 guests.

 

bulletQ. What if we have more than the minimum number of children invited?
bulletA. If you have more than 12, you will have to pay the difference of $8.00 per child on the day of the party.

 

bulletQ. Do the children have to wear socks while in the inflatables?
bulletA. Yes. If they forget them, we will be selling socks for $1.00 per pair. Also please note that all parents must also remove their shoes and wear socks before entering the inflatables.

 

bulletQ. Will there be someone at our party to serve the cake, pizza or other food & drinks?
bulletA. No. You will be responsible to serve your guests. We will clean up the area after you leave.

 

bulletQ. Is alcohol allowed?
bulletA. No alcohol is allowed anywhere in the facility.

 

bulletQ. Can we have a clown or other costumed character come to our party?
bulletA. Yes, but only if it is one of ours! We have over 200 costumed characters to choose from.

 

bulletQ. Can we decorate the room?
bulletA. Nothing can be attached to the walls or ceiling, but you can bring your own table covers, themed party plates & napkins, etc. if you want.

 

bulletQ. Will there be a place in the inflatable room for parents to sit and watch their children play?
bulletA. Yes, there will be picnic tables, benches or chairs available for your use.

 

bulletQ. Do you provide invitations, plates, napkins, etc.?
bulletA. We will provide you with invitations only. These are e-mailed to you after receipt of your deposit, and you can print off as many copies as you need.

 

bulletQ. Do we have to sign a waiver?
bulletA. Yes, and so do the parents of each of your guests. This waiver will be included in each invitation. If one of your guests forgets to bring theirs, we will have extras available at the party center.

Call us at 330-825-5848 during our regular office hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.  If you reach our voice mail we are probably on the phone helping another customer.  Please leave us a message & we will return your call.  Your can also complete the form at the bottom of this page and e-mail it to us and we will get back to you.

 

bulletQ. Will you have any "Open Play Times" where we can just bring our kids in for a couple hours to enjoy the facility?
bulletA. Yes, we are open 7 days a week for open play.

 

bulletQ. How do you get there?

A. From Akron, you can take Route 8 North to Howe Avenue and turn right. Follow about 1/2 mile and the mall will be on your right. We are located on the east side of the mall, so park near the food court.
